In the past two weeks, we’ve made great strides in our technical advancements and community initiatives, marking an exciting new chapter for us as COMBO. We’ve successfully completed our rebranding efforts, signaling the beginning of a thrilling new journey ahead.

In terms of technical progress, we have enhanced the transaction data and analysis capabilities of our COMBOTrace browser. We have also addressed bugs and resolved known issues within the COMBO ecosystem during the public testing phase. Additionally, we have strengthened the security of COMBO Bridge and updated on-chain data analysis, including the total number of transactions and user addresses on COMBO Trace.

In regards to community involvement, we have initiated various activities such as the Cobee Mint II (a celebration for the testnet launch of $COMBO on Binance) and the establishment of Ecosystem Fund. Our collaborations with leading industry players like Polyhedra, Particle, Biconomy, and Dego Finance have generated significant momentum, positioning us for further development and expansion within the web2 and web3 domains.

I. Community Growth

Over the past two weeks, our community has been actively involved in a range of impactful activities, both online and offline. These endeavors have included extensive marketing campaigns and promotions, resulting in a significant milestone of exceeding 400,000 followers on Twitter. Our community’s enthusiastic participation has been instrumental in our continued growth and success.

1. Binance has successfully concluded the token swap and rebranding initiative for Cocos-BCX, leading to the transformation of the Cocos-BCX token ($COCOS) into the COMBO token ($COMBO).

2. COMBO actively participated in the ETH Seoul, which took place from June 2nd to June 4th.

3. The Cobee NFT Mint II event spanned over a period of 14 days. It tops the BNB chain’s total mints consecutively. We’re thrilled to share the on-chain data from this exciting event:

Total NFTs minted: 283,819
Total cross-chain NFTs minted: 225,515
Average daily mint: 16,108

4. In collaboration with SecondLive, we hosted BitCoin Day, which drew an impressive crowd of 5,781 participants eager to join in the festivities. Among the exciting activities was the minting of pizzas on the BNB chain.

II. Technical Updates

In addition to our vibrant community activities, COMBO has made substantial progress in building the foundational infrastructure that will support our upcoming products and services.

1. COMBO Bridge

COMBO Bridge allows users and developers to transfer tBNB to COMBO testnet.

COMBOTrace is a user-friendly block explorer that allows users and developers to easily track the status of their transactions on the COMBO testnet.

Enhanced transaction data for improved clarity and transparency
Upgraded on-chain data analysis, including total transaction count and user addresses

3. COMBO Network

Updated COMBO Github and Docs
Resolved various bugs and known issues identified during public testing of the COMBO ecosystem
Supported and introduced new projects within the COMBO ecosystem

What’s Next?

Support 6 mainstream currencies: BUSD, BTC, ETH, USDT, DAI, and USDC.
Users can acquire Binance Chain testnet tokens here and use the Bridge to transfer them to the COMBO testnet. In the near future, it will be possible to exchange these testnet tokens for the six major currencies mentioned above.
Cross-chain transfers of tokens from various projects will be facilitated to the COMBO testnet, with corresponding contract standard documentation available on GitHub and COMBO docs page. These tokens will be integrated into COMBO’s ecosystem by bridging ERC-20 tokens using the COMBO SDK.
